Canada visa for dependent

Hello

Im planning to get married this year, i want to get some advice on the visa process for dependent. My issues are as follows:

1. Im on a student visa(course completed), currently working in Canada and applied for PR. How long does the PR process take.

2. Can my dependent travel with me before the PR is approved on dependent visa.

3. Is the dependent allowed to apply for jobs before PR is approved.

4. Can she apply for PR as well once she arrives to Canada
