Tier 4 Child Student visa possibility

hi all
i am currently on Tier 1 General visa. I can not brining my family in to UK because of ban of 10 years on my wife. i want to bring my elder son who is 15 years old and studding in a good boarding school in my home home country. can any one help me that if i can bring my son on tier 4 child visa as i got his admission in a private fee paying school in UK. as for as i know that children are not banned in if their parents are banned to enter in UK.

can some one advice me on it please
