TIER2 CAN I WORK 20 hours for another company in similar job

Hi, I was in Tier 2 General visa and I have change my employer that is also in Tier 2. My previous company (From where I get my first Tier 2 General Visa) requesting me to do at least 20 hours per week for them. Please read the the Extra jobs section and give me your openion. I am little bit confused.

Please can you tell me is it possible to do that (work 20 hours per week)?

Yes, but it can't conflict with the hours of your main job.
