PEO appointment - changing no.of dependants

I have few questions for PEO appointments. I would be grateful for answers.
1.Can I book reschedule appoints for ( 1 main applicant+2 Dependants) to apply for SET(0) to another date?
2. Can I remove one of the dependant on already booked appointment ? Is that possible?

1- yes you can
2- not possible with online system but if you got a valid reason then you can talk to home office
