Hi,

I have been a silent member on this forum for last few years.Like other members I will like to share my experience,
My case summary,
WP (ICT) 3 yr + Tier1 2 yr
Single applicant
Number of Holidays,
Year 1. : 7 days (WP)
Year 2 : 144 days(WP)
Year 3 : 9 days(WP)
Year 4. : No Holidays
Year 5. : 20 days(Tier 1)

Documents asked/ submitted

1) Pay-slips for 12 month
2) Banks statements
3) Life in UK Pass certificate
4) Passport
5) BRP
6) SET(o)

P.S. : Letter of absence was not asked.

Congratulations. Well done. You have not been asked for P60s for 5 years? and what was the date on your Employer's letter?

Thanks. Nope, no P60s were asked. No employers letter was asked.

Thank You. Very strange that CW did not ask you for the Employer's letter.How long did the whole process take? How would you rate Solihull PEO?

In my case , I could not get employer letter for my WP absence, as I do not work with that employer anymore.
It was the only worrying bit with my application.

I will give 5 stars to Solihull PEO.
I entered PEO at 9:00 AM and finished at 1:30 PM .
I will not worry about the time as far as it works. :D

No I think the CW are relaxing it if your current visa is Tier 1. The discretion is still being used as the rules are not crystal clear for the employer letter.

First of all Congrats to u! :)

you have written Tier 1 somewhere and somewhere its Tier 2 written in your query.. please clarify... it wud help me a lot if u got ilr on tier 2 without submitting any employer letter..

Does the CW use their discretion very often?/ Then it must be the Applicant's lucky day.
