Urgent advice needed pls with regard to Countersignature BP

I am having a bog problem with regards to find an appropriate Countersignature for Passport application. I was gonna ask my GP to do it but was told by the IPS doctors are taken out of the list, the ony time they can do it is when they are your friend.
Now I have a friend who is a director of Ltd company, but he is German national not British.
I have lots of British Citizens but they are not professional.
My friends mother is a retired teacher with British passport.
Another friend has hot a Masters degree in Law but working in t-mobile as a customer care assistant.
I am a big confused.
Help please, tell me which one would be ok?
