PEO - Solihull experience - Tier 1 Second extension -Success

Post by T90 » Thu Mar 07, 2013 10:53 am

Just sharing my experience @PEO Solihull

Tier 1 second extension, visa was expiring in another 4 months. I was short for ILR by 1 month, hence went for second extension.

Docs provided (Director of limited company drawing salary/dividend)
1) Payslips, dividend voucher, letter from acc for salary summary
2) letter from acc for P/L for the period for which i claimed earnings (8 months), stating that I had sufficient funds to draw salary/dividends
3) letter from acc for invoice summary (only one client)
4) personal and business bank statements
5) Company registration cert, vat reg cert, flat rate vat cert, PAYE reg cert

Additional docs which i took but didnt produce to caseworker
1) Invoice printouts, remittance printouts, vat payment printouts

Case worker asked if I have paid corporation tax for the previous year. I said the business bank statement has transaction for the same. She was happy with this.

She looked at the docs for 30mins and said all looks fine and organised and will be able to grant visa if payment/finger prints goes through fine.

Collected all the docs after 2 hours.

PS:- Even though she didnt ask for P/L statement or Invoice summary, she was quite happy that i provided them as it will help her!
