Study FEE while ILR is in Process.

Hi dear people.

If I apply for a study which commences in September 2013 while my Passport is still UKBA for ILR(10 year basis from May/2003), shall I pay Home fee or an international fee? as I will not have ILR yet... but applied in May, 2013...

Did anyone have experienced with this issue before?

Details: Applicant entered UK in June 2003. Applicant applied to ILR in May 2013, and still waiting for the result in September 2013(as UKBA decision time is more less 6 months).

You will have to have your Passport in hand, to prove ,what fees to pay.

You will have to have your Passport in hand to prove your Immigration status. Accordingly you will be levied the appropriate fee.

Unless you are settled you cannot meet the requirement of home student fee.
