First you need to re-check with HMRC to ensure is that some system printout error or really it is true?
Please donot send PM. Write in open forum to facilitate others too.

i am tier 1 general . will be applying for ILR .

Well, i checked twice with HRMC both time received same history.

actually i worked for one company but the changed their name so many time. i got my 2010 P60 but did not receive for the year 2011. for 2011 i have just my last payslip. which shows net income and tax as well.
i checked the company record on company house the company is closed.

May be Employer closed the business and did not remit your NI,Tax deductions to HMRC.You cannot be blamed for that. So only proof is the Pay slips and Bank Statements. For Tier1 you have to claim points for 12 months out of a 15 Months Period? How about your situation now?

Thanks for your reply. my ILR is due in 2015. and we know that nowadays HomFoffice some time checking record with HRMC .in my 5 year tier 1 visa my first two year tax record is not available with Hrmc. I am aware that p60 is not requirement for tier 1 and its also not essential that home office will check my record with hrmc. but who knows about luck? so better to resolve the issue before the time comes. second thing once your case refused then you don't know how much time it will take ?
Now some friend says send all the record to hrmc they will chase employer this is his fault. some says consult with solicitor. some says leave it as it is. some says pay the tax .
but i hope i will get proper solid answer from this forum. i am not in hurry . i know this forum is more cable then a solicitor as here most of the people sharing their practical experiences, and some come with innovative thoughts. so please if possible give your suggestions thanks to every one.
