Been a lurker for some weeks, decided to give a try befor April 6th as after that the process is getting very expensive for a family of 4!!

Kindly confirm on whether I will be eligible for ILR, so that I can initiate on the next Steps, as Iam confused with lot of changes recently

Arrival Date - 12th April 2008

Initial Visa - Tier 2 WP

Extended on - 2010, 2011 & 2012

Current Validity as Tier 2 ICT - April 2014

Current Role in CoS - IT Project Manager

Salary in CoS - £54,000

Planning to look for Dates before 6th April

Kindly help me by confirming whether the above facts will meet the ever changing UKBA rules.

Who are the other three applicants? If your kids, were they born in UK?

2. Dependents - Wife, Daughter, Son (Born in UK, currently having LTR)

After original Tier 2 visa, did you change it to Tier 2 ICT? And if yes what date you got your Tier 2 ICT stamped?

Please find the below details.

1. Workpermit issue date - 18th March 2008 (24 months from the date of enter)

2. Entered UK on 12th April 2008

3. Applied for Extension under ICT category on March 2010

4. ICT Stamped - 25-May-2010 to 27-Oct-2011 (18 Months extension)

5. Extension from 27-Oct-2011 to 27-Oct-2012

6. Extension from 27-Oct-2012 - 27-April 2014 - Current Visa

Kindly let me know whether Iam eligible to apply for ILR.
