Hi,

UKBA changed the phone number system. In the past you were put in a queue until someone spoke to you. But now, it is saying as all advisers are busy please call back later and then the call ended.

I think it is ridiculous as you have to call back many time, pay telephone charges and it is impossible to say when you will be answered.

Does anyone know any alternative?
