Contradictions - ILR Set o form - Points calculation

Post by crusador0408 » Fri Mar 08, 2013 2:45 pm

Hi,

My situation : 2 yrs HSMP + 3 Tier 1 general extension.

This is in regard to submitting and preparing print out of my points based calculator.
I am using this form
www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/pointscalculator

As I read through forum posts here, you have to enter all information same as when you applied first time. Is that correct?
When I go to salary/earnings form, the date fields do not show years previous to 2009. So If I enter last 12 months i.e. march 12 - feb 2013, this will be this year's earnings not when I applied for HSMP.

All other info age, education is based on when I first applied for HSMP.
Is that ok or something wrong on my end?

thanks in advance!

Cool, filling in section 9 points scoring assessment is sufficient? Can I claim points for UK experience when now I have been working in UK or no points and I need to fill in information same way when first applied for HSMP?
I have my ILR since march 2013, previously based on HSMP+Tier1 ext. All views are my own, am not a professional on immigration matters.
