Hi,
I am on Tier 1 visa valid until 30th march 2013 and working with current company since last 15 months.
As my visa is due to expire soon, my current company is happy to sponsor me the Tier 2 visa and to do this the HR are working with a private immigration consultants.
I have a PEO appointment on the 28th of march 2013 and all the documents are prepared except the proof of Resident Labour Market test.
Could anyone please suggest if this document (Resident Labour Market Test) is a compulsory to get the approval for Tier 2 visa?
