Special Delivery

Hi,
I got a mail from HO that "your decision letter and documents have been sent to your representative
by special delivery ZI XXXX XXX 3GB as supplied with your application.
"
1. I am confused as I have not specified any representative.
2. I have heard that HO sends the docs airmail. Whats this special delivery.

Can someone please advice!

Special delivery service is only available within UK. It is next day delivery gaurantee from Royal Mail.
