psw to tier2. urgent pls

hi. my company got email stating you have been assigned as level 1 user and gave my boss the SMS account password. now i want to know how long it takes for username or to allocate COS. I am in hurry because there are new rules coming from 6th april. so before 6th april i want to ask my boss to assign COS to me so that i can meet the old salary requirements. i am on psw visa and i read that they need to allocate me unrestricted cos,,. how can i know my boss got unrestricted or restricted cos. my boss doesnt have much knowledge about these things. so please help.

You will receive letter soon with user name if your company requested for unrestricted COS at the time of allocation they can assign you COS straight away same day don't worry you might receive letter tomorrow or this week
and whats rule are changing from 6 April?

I am not aware of any change?

I am in the same situation as well.
My company has to apply for the online COS asap since it expires on 6th April.
If I apply tomorrow, will they get back to me within a week?

I have all my paper application, and supporting documents ready to send out.
