Section 6.3

Post by anandh79 » Mon Mar 11, 2013 12:37 pm

Hi,

I have clarification with respect to the following.

Letter(s) from employer(s) detailing reasons for work-related absences including
periods of paid annual leave from the UK?

Does it mean only for the Annual leave taken while travelling outside of uk or does it mean any annual leave taken even though i was present physically in UK.

Eg., 10-jan to 15-jan - Annual leave but was present in uk

20-apr to 01-may - Annual Leave but was in India.

So is it enough to get employer letter for 20-ap to 1st may right?

Regards

For ILR applications, absence refers to any 'out of country', whether as part of work, or on holidays, or paid or unpaid...
