Does anyone know for possible changes to Tier 1 Ent from this April 2013? There will be many changes in the UK in the coming budget in the tax reliefs and allowances.

Hi, hham1224 the changes in the T1E category has already been implemented, the HO will not make rapid changes unless they find any flaws or to fix bugs and errors in the system. But foso they are changing the visa application fee for all categories. In T1E cat. the current visa fee is £816 for all applicants (main, spouse/dependent children) where as starting April 6, 2013 the proposed and already listed on HO website will be £840 for the same.

The only change that I understand apart from the fee increase is the maintenance fund requirement that is already in place.

Well nothing is out yet may be a new version of application form I guess or I won't be surprise if they bring more strict rules

According to my personal immigration experience yes some changes are coming from April or July 2013. As UK is fear from the unskilled immigrants from Europe (likely from Romania and Ukraine) in early 2014, They will make some more changes and they will reintroduce HSMP or similar before the end of year. They might make some changes in NQFL 4 jobs.

Lets wait and see what's next.
