Switzerland,the rights of EEA and non EEA spouse?

Hey guys maybe someone can help

I am Polish national, me and my wife intend to stay in Switzerland for awhile.

My questions are:

Do I and my wife can work during the first 3 months without any requirements for work permit?

After 3 months of stay if I was able to get permit for job, will my wife have automatic permission to stay? what do we need to do about that?

Any ideas much appreciated, and thank you in advance for your help.

Pretty much the same rules apply to you and your wife in Switzerland as in other EU member states

Also see Switzerland _European Union Relations.

Switzerland is not part of the European Union, and EU citizen dont have the right to invke the directive in Swiss court, but the rights of EU citizen is Switzerland is more or less the same as that of EU citizens in other EU memberstates.

Actually quite interesting, so if we don't have this right, so it means that Swiss government may choose what they like to do about those who apply for schengen visa? if they choose to refuse I cannot do anything about it?

However, Switzerland still appears to impose restrictions on some EU nationals, including Poles.

That is very correct and a great link.

Article 10 (4) of the Agreement between EU and the Swiss Confideration, does permit Switzerland to impose restrictions on A8 nationals for up to 12 years.

thank you guys

As far as I know these restrictions are valid for 1 year so maybe next month they will decide to remove it.

In worst case scenario we want to work there just for awhile so our main concern is our rights for the first 3 months, since restrictions can't apply in this period, if someone could elaborate on this one I would be grateful.
