Tier 1 General Dependent form

Dear mates,

I am extending tier 1 visa for myself and my dependents for the second time.
I need a help regarding the form for dependent visa Questions K5 to K9.

Should I fill them based on the initial entry (which was HSMP) or the first Tier 1 extension.?

Regarding K10 to K13 is it for last entry to the UK?

For K5 to K13. Yes all based on the initial entry.

For K5 to K13. Yes all based on the initial entry.

Thanks, I was thinking so but still I am not sure as the questions say visa or entry clearance.

Let's see if other senior members can confirm either of the ways

Can somebody advise please for above query? I am in same boat as well? Tier 1 Gen dependant form is so confusing! Help please..

Its for first entry into UK...
You can leave blank few of the options like K12/K13 if you cant remember the details...

I applied. In the forms, for the visa ones I completed with the info regarding the initial visa entry.

regarding questions K12 about entry to the UK I filled the last entry to the UK. Applications approved. My dependants got their BRPs. Mine has not come yet after 2 weeks and I am a little worried.

Hello guys,

What is the best/ safest method to pay ukba? I will be sending my application along with my two dependants application by post. I am little bit worried about using Debit/Credit cards because if it declines then applications will be considered invalid and sent back! Keeping in mind increase in Fees after 6th April what is the best bet? Lloyds told me Bank Draft and Cheque is one and a same thing and do not waste 60 quids for Draft! Seeking advise please!

go for postal order as immediately processed at home office and 100% safe when chosen by post....
