Earnings Evidence - 9 months in India and 3 months in UAE

I recently got relocated to the UAE. Now my earnings here are less than that required in the Category A.

However my earnings for the last 9 months in India meets the criteria -

1) Do I have to show wage slips for all the 12 months or can I just show for the 9 months in India since that is what I am claiming for ?

2) My IT return includes 7 months of the 9months in India. The remaining 2 months I get to file only next year. So do I get an accountant to certify my income or something ?

1. You need to provide evidence for the full year. Otherwise caseworker might think that you are trying to hide something or that you were simply unemployed.

2. Get an accountant to certify those two month' salaries, unless you can provise two proofs for claimed salary (i.e salary slip and corresponding bank statements).

Is there any minimum requirement of Salary.

Hi Mike,

Minimum requirement depends on which Income country you fall under. I fall under category A for last 3 months and Category D for 9 months prior to that. So am claiming points under the pro-rata rule.

Have u submitted to HO direclty or through some consultancy office who will prepare your file and submit on your behalf.
