When we was refused, i made an appeal, then solicitor messed up court fee, so that took another 3 months, i wasn't informed! Then waited n waited finally got a hearing date... Initially was refused due to my job, i work in a family bussinuss, accounted didnt register me on time, he misplaced my p45 and didnt tell us about it! i started working after i got married. So yeah im paying for his mistake! i really want this to be over, i cant handel the pressure anymore

hearing date 10th apr 2013... Allah knows whats gonna happen.... iv been married for nearly 2 yrs now! this process has drained me out completely... i have no energy left to deal with this, seriously missing my hubby, our relationship is at strain. May Allah help everyone on the same boat, i seriously know the feeling of seperation, each day just gets harder and harder...

Allah is best knowing. And also everything happens for a reason. U and I are about the same maybe a couple of weeks ahead I am... Babes 10th April isn't long now and inshallah you will win, as they cannot keep you apart. The judges are very fair and of course you will win. Allah has put you together and when Allah wills it will get accepted. It's a small wait now you've done the hardest part you should just prepare well for court. And make sure that you send in a good statement before hand. There is a possibility that bhc will withdraw the case, or not turn up.
Do not give up, and don't let this over take you. Your health will suffer just have faith and before you know it he will be here...
I was pregnant when hubby left. And then I went to see him with my baby n fell pregnant again. So I'm here coping with all this... But it all happens for a reason n a good one. If we can which we will get through this hard time you will get through anything and this will build your relationship up... Try not argue your both so far apart, just keep each other happy time will go quicker...
I hope it gets over turned...

Awww thank you so much, i know i need to stay positive, its just i am sp worked up by it, cnt controll my emotions, the hubby n i are constantly arguing. Please make dua for me. IA works out for you sis, i rate you for your bravery, IA all works out well for you. I am always praying for people going thru the same thing, may Allah give us sabar and help us through tthis very difficult journey. Everything doea happen for a reason, i just pray Allah guves us the tawfiq to get through it! # Sad times

Gerrys said minimum 3 months payslip is required, thats why we assumed it would be fine, the man who took our papers he said 3 months is fine aswell, i made a mistake on my sponsership letter aswell. but he told my husband the mistake, and Thank God we sorted it out before we gave it in.

I am waiting for my reply too applied on 31/12/12 and still waiting.... Also made mistake about the 3 month paylslip
In sha Allah in Allahs hands now just go to see what happens... immigration controls are geting so much tighter now though they r being very harsh

As per UKBA
Service standards
"We have service standards for processing UK visa applications. Our standards say that we will process:

...... 95 per cent of settlement applications within 12 weeks of the application date and 100 per cent within 24 weeks of the application date.
Please note that we define 1 week as 5 working days"

So, 5 (working days) x 12 (weeks) = 60 Days + 2 days (Logistics) = 62 Days.

This is my theory, however the visa is issued in lesser time in the cases of people who've had a UK registered marriage.

Refused on grounds that we were short of adequate maintenance by £90 a month.We applied under the Financial Exemption Rules
Adequate maintenance was suppose to be £482.
We will be re-applying for a spouse visa in due course.
