smarty191 wrote:I have received a query from UKBA, in which they are asking new bank letter and third party declaration letter.

Declaration is OK, but in Bank statement they are asking so many applicant's detail which bank is not ready to mention on bank letter.

I need to ask if now I can change the third party which has account in different bank, who can give letter as UKBA required.

Plz give some guidance.

Many Thanks

I applied from within UK, Tier 4 student visa and funds were third party overseas in US.

Only 'mishap' was that I originally sent copies of my documents because the originals were lost in the mail, but immediately sent the originals in after receiving confirmation of my application with a cover letter attached explaining why. Turns out it worked!

Good luck!!

Letter from UKBA

Post by roshanvsn » Wed Mar 13, 2013 10:01 am

Dear All,

I thought it would be a good idea to let you know that I received a letter from UKBA asking me to get a fresh statement plus some additional documents regarding my business activities. After 7 months this is what they have come up with, I was truly dissapointed and want to withdraw my application further. They have also given me an option to take full refund on my visa fee as I applied before the new rule implemented.
just to update you that this is also a case.

docs

Post by roshanvsn » Wed Mar 13, 2013 11:13 am

They asked me to provide a business plan with market research, they also asked for invoices from my contract clients. My business address/rent lease/utility bills etc. Importantly these documents are of no use if you are uncertain of your visa result. UKBA can not expect applicants to do a wholesome business without having a right to do so. I would have happiliy invested 50k but only once i have visa in hand. Money was not third party it was all in my name in Uk account.

28 days to submit them but because I have shown marketing materials and contracts with evident business activities they need to verify so that makes sense.

Kayani- My solicitor can put across explanation on behalf of me and this should be OK for them as they understand no body would invest unless they know the outcome of their application, it can heavily jeorpadise their money as well as resources.
