Tier 1 General Extension - Salary pattern

Hi folks,

I hope you all are fine and doing well. I am due to apply for my tier 1 general extension by the end of this month.

I was relying on my solicitor to get me a same day appointment but he says its full and post is the only available option. Let hope for the best.

I am a director of a limited company and I had been transferring salary into my personal account. The issue here is that the salary transfer from business to personal wasn't done every month. I did it as I wanted funds and no regularities. So, some months I transferred couple of times and some months I transferred money every week.

is this an issue because I have been reading and people have been writing they transfer every month.

Your solicitor is not providing correct information. I would suggest to speak few others if you still looking for PEO appointments.
The payment frequency should not be a problem as long as your accountant provide salary / dividend breakup properly which corresponds the payments made to your personal acoount.
