Fee Changes

Hi , i have an appointment at NCS on 2/4/13. As you might be aware of fee changes from 6/4/13. I wonder do i have to give new enhanced fee or the old one. I know NCS sends docs with special delivery which reaches next day. But usually UKBA debits fee about a week later.
Anybody with a suggestion ??

It is based on the date of the application (= date of receipt by UKBA) and not at the time of processing.

Please forgive me for my ignorance, but what fee changes are we referring to here?

this particular post is for naturalisation as BC application. However all fees usually increase on 6 April every year. See link below for this years' proposed changes
