Accomdation for marriage visa

Post by chocolatelover » Fri Mar 16, 2007 10:05 pm

Hi Guys me again,

As if the wedding drama is not enough I have just realised that we must have our own accomdation before we apply for the marriage visa.

Has anyone had any experience with this and how important is it that we have our own accomadation before we apply for the marriage visa. I dont want to rush and get somewhere shabby.

Its so stressful.

I don't think it's vital to have your own place.....you just need some kind of suitable accomadation and that can be a room at your parents house too (just as long as it's not going to be overcrowded and you prove evidence that your parents give you permission for your husband to live there and that they own the property)
