Regarding contract

Post by adeel168 » Fri Mar 15, 2013 8:48 pm

Hi ,

Just wanted to find out that I applied for Tier 1 entrepreneur PSW route. I provided a contract, business statement & an invoice. On the contract there was no end date for contract as that contract is still on going, instead it was stated that the contract could be terminated by either party by giving one month notice . Is this alright or do they require end date for contract

Thanks

as long as you can specify the exact services the firm provides and there is a price for that - should be fine

Guys,

A contract doesn't have to be a complicated legal document, it's merely your company's terms and conditions, you can a have separate schedule with deliverables and payment terms, and/ or for that matter details on an invoice will be more than sufficient - and some services are perpetual and don't need to have an end date but could have a termination clause for both parties.

Aces1234 - Obtain or prepare simple contract terms for your business, many are available of the internet, same with an invoice template.

If you can acquire some business before submitting your application then that would be great but if you don't then no need to worry. However, make sure you get the documents ready, as mentioned above.

I hope this helps.
