ILR set O May 2012

ILR set O May 2012

My Timeline so far:

UPdate :Received my and my wife's Biometric cards on 1/3/13 below:
My current Status :ILR but I applied ILR on the basis of as followed:
1. ILR applied on the base: TIER 1 GENERAL
2. Date of expiry of leave: 04/11/12
3. Application form used for ILR: SET (O)
4. Number of dependants applying at same time: 1
5. Date of application @ PEO croydon: 21/05/2012
6. Date application received at UKBA: 21/05/2012
7. Date payment debited: 21/05/2012
8. Payment mode : Card Payment
9. Acknowledgement letter received: 21/05/2012
10. Biometric done: 21/05/2012
11- Cohabitation docs with my wife asked on 19/10/12
13. Date of return of passport and other documents: 25-02-2013
14. Date BRP ILR Received:1/03/13


At least something is happening with the case...

Final Update :

Finally I got my approval letter of ILR on 25/02/2013 after 9 months

So, basically, they wasted 10 months of your time waiting. If they gave you the decision straight away, you could have applied for naturalization in 2 months. Or did they backdate your ILR from May 2012?

Yes ofcourse they wasted my time and money, and i received lot of tension in these 9 months, Interesting thing is that i received a phone call from ukba on 22/02/2013, and a lady was saying she is my new case worker, that she received my case 3 days ago, and on 22/02/2013 she is deciding my case in 3 days, I do not understand what previous CW was doing? I think he was sleeping in all this time. Important thing she asked me my relation with my wife is ok cz my wife was dependant in my application, I said yes, its fine, so CW granted both of us ILR....

When does your ILR start tho? Did they backdate it?

NO They did not back dated. issue date is 22/02/2013
