Hello Santosh:
To make an application under T1 Entr:you must establish a business at the graduate level and as you hold an MSc degree which means you fulfill the graduate requirment and so far as the business is concerned,its upto your knowledge and experience in the field and above all,if any business is required to be registered with the relevant authority,for example,legal firms,accountancy,there you must show your professional qualification in order to qualifiy for the registration of business apart from registration of business with company house.
So there is no barrier except the professional business registration(if any) for entr:T1..as the main requirments is a graduation and graduate level job not below leval 4 of the SOC code.
