Dividend Vouchers Query

Hi,

I am working as director of my own limited company and I m going for my peo appointment at sheffield next week. I am claiming earnings from dividend and salary. I just wanted to check if dividend voucher should be signed only by me? Also, should the dividend voucher be stamped with the company stamp. I dont have a company stamp. few people suggested me to stamp the dividend voucher along with the signature.

Please advise.

There is no need to stamp the dividend vouchers with your company stamp....you just need to sign it...I got my visa very recently based on the same...hence advising you the same....

Yes right. No need to get it stamped. You can sign it yourself being director of the company.
