Tier 1 PBS Dependant Fees

Hi,

I am applying for ILR for myself (Tier 1 general route), and a PBS dependant for my spouse AT THE SAME TIME. the PBS dependant form has 2 fees (postal application):
£561 - when applying separately,
£750 - when applying at the same time as a Tier 1 (general).

Can someone please confirm how much is the applicable fee for the PBS dependant application as I could not understand what they mean by "applying at the same time".

You need to pay £750.... till 5th April 2013..
PBS dependants can apply separately from main applicant, like applying visa for new born child while the main applicant already have leave to remain....
