From WP to HSMP - FLR(HSMP) Required Documents

Post by hsmp2102 » Mon Mar 19, 2007 12:09 pm

Hello,

I am an Indian national on a work permit in UK and I am planning to switch my immigration status. My HSMP application has been approved and now I have to get the Visa (FLR) stamped.

Do I need to send all the documents again that I sent for the HSMP approval. Moreover do I have to send the HSMP approval document also.

FLR(HSMP) guidelines and form does not mention that these documents are required. The form just asks for HSP reference number. I am in the confusion state.

I would be great help if someone could answer this query.

Many Thanks,
Mohit
