How to change place of birth on certificate of registration

Post by meha » Mon Mar 18, 2013 12:46 pm

Hello All,

1. Is it possible to change place of birth on a nauralisation certificate due to own mistakes?
2. Is there a fee payable for this?
3. Do they issue original certificates or make corrections to current ones (like endorsements)
4. What is the timescale for this from the time of the request being made?

Many thanks for all your help,

Meha

Thanks CR001. I have seen the pages before posting.

My questions were more about policy on this.
For example, has anyone seen this policy document?
[http://www.homeoffice.gov.uk/publicatio ... iew=Binary]

It talks about endorsements on certificates.
Or do they always issure new certificates when details have changed?

How long do there corrections take?[/url]
