Dependent PBS Visa Extension - Help!!!

Hi,

I've got ILR (based on 5 year completion on WP, Tier2 and Tier1), however my wife is not yet eligible. We are applying for PBS-Dependent extension and need input:

1. Which form to be filled - PBS Extension or FLR(M) form
2. Required Documents (Form, Photos, financial doc..) - any other?
3. Is main applicant required to go along with Dependent.

Is there any restriction on timelines before which we can apply for visa extension. My wife visa is expiring in first week of June, we have got an appointment for this week, is that fine?

Normally 28 days before.....but agreed you can apply as early as you want........
