My COS application was sent by employer on the 11th Jan. Still no answer. Is anyone in the same situation?

My husband is still waiting for his COS application in december (which was denied in error) to be reviewed. It has been 6 weeks now!
Do let us know when you hear back....Its always good to have an idea of general response times.

did you eventually heard back about your restricted CoS and how long did it took since you applied? My company requested restricted CoS on 8 Feb, the meeting was on the 11 March and it is still pending on the SMS...i am getting worried now...

My husband's employer re-applied before the 5th of March and we heard back that it had been approved on the 11th of March. I wouldn't be too worried. In our case, the first time the employer applied, it was rejected due to a technical issue with the job advert on the resident market labour test. This was rectified, the RMLT was repeated and this time we had no problems. I'm sure you'll hear back either way this week...
