Naturalisation query regarding child born in uk

I am writing to enquire regarding my children born in uk.

1.My son born in 2007 in uk and he got dependent visa of tier4 pbs.I got Ilr just granted 13/03/2013.can i apply for him Naturalisation and what documents i need.

2.My Daughter is just 8 month old and she born after our last Tier4 pbs exrension.
And she born in uk aswell.so can i apply for her British passport directly or Something different.Currently she dont have any visa.plz comment thanx for ur time.
