PBS Dependent for UK born baby: how to fill some sections

Hi All

I am applying for a TIER 1 Dependent VISA for my UK born baby ( 2 months old) next week. I had few questions regarding the application form.
In general there are some sections that are not relevant for infant but there isn't any space to Write N/A next to it. Does leaving the questions as blank be fine or what else can we do.

I had following specific questions from sections of form :

1. Section C question C4 : "What is the reference number for the most recent application of the PBS main applicant you are dependent on? "
- Is that the Resident Permit card numbers or something else we need to provide here?

2. Section E, question E4 : "When did you move to this address."
- Will that be child's DOB (I would think so but not sure)

3. Section F : Reference numbers section. Do we just enter blanks or No in this section.

4. Section H: BIOMETRIC residence permit : what is to be filled here. Do we write here CHILD BORN IN UK or leave blank?

5. SECTION I : PREVIOUS Address: I have moved address last year but child born 2 months ago in my new home only. Do we then leave this blank as he is not linked to old house and born in new house.

6. Section K blank completely or writing in questions liks K6,K7 as "APPLICANT BORN IN UK"?

C4: PBS reference number of main applicant, can be found on acknowledgement letter or BRP letter or visa approval letter.
E4: thats child DOB
F: leave blank
H: leave blank
I: leave blank
K: leave blank
