Ceremony location change

Hi

My naturalisation application was approved on 11th March. I originally applied through NCS Hounslow and when I made my application I asked for ceremony at Hounslow local council. I got the 1st available date for my public ceremony is 1st May and Hounslow council charges £200 per person for private ceremony. I spoken to Waltham forest council and they do private ceremony for only £75 for whole family also they have dates every Friday.

Can any one tell me how to change the ceremony location as Waltham council said I will need to contact UKBA for any changes. I written to ukba already but no response since 4 working days
