Long Residence -August Applicant

hi everyone,
i posted my application on 15 August 2012. i have not heard anything. Just to
share you that i have been suffering from frustration and depression. i cannot
tolerate this. since 6 month, every week i ring to UKBA and i got same answer: "your application process is not completed" OR "your application is yet to complete".
For my relief, simply may i ask you, all,, that,, does it mean that " my application has been allocated to a caseworker?" but the decision is yet to made.
