Tier 2 for ACCA Part 3 Qualified as Management Accountant

Hi,
Any one senior could help me Please
I am on PSW visa expiring in Aug 2014. My employer applied for license and COS he just received this. This unrestricted COS would expire on 5th April 2013

Questions I am confused on

1) Can switch early from PSW to Tier 2?
2) If so what start and end date my employer should put on COS?
3) I am ACCA Part 3 Qualified and working as management accountant 2422 and paid £15.80 per hour. Does this SOC suite me or shall I apply on ACCA Part 3 Qualified ( Affiliate basis ) confused on !
4) What documents I would need to submit for this visa application
