Can I submit more documents??

I am applicant from India in the 28+ category.
My application number is 0219** submitted on 6 july 2004. Now it has come to my notice that I have not not submitted the reference letter from my current employer. Although I have submitted other details like original appointment letter, Salary slip promotion letter showing that dates of employment and my designation.

Now since my application is in the pipeline, Will it be possible for me to submit the reference from my employer. If yes, kindly give the address where to send.

I am a person from the technical and scientific side. My job probably in uK my involve Driving . Plese tell me how to get the UK driving licence.
