US Citizen Animal Care and Rescue Needs Sponsor In UK

I am an American Citizen currently looking to move to Padiham/Burnley, Lancashire. I am interested to know if any companies/rescue organizations offer employment and sponsorship to US citizens. I am very qualified and I have a place to live. I just need a sponsor. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have a passion for animals and have ran a thriving boarding kennel, and animal rescue, in America for almost 6 years. Iwould greatly appreciate any info, you can offer, in finding a job in the animal field in the general area.

Unfortunately, all other animal welfare codes are below level 3.
