Home Office received my docs on 21st March 2013 and on 22nd March my fees has been deducted.

Hi, I will be applying for my extension along with my 2 dependants. Is it ok to use same debit card for 3 payments? I am with Lloyds TSB. Do I need to tell Bank in advance?

Yes you can use one debit card for all application, but in application form make sire you need to sigh at card holder's signature, it is absolutely ok to pay by one debit card.
