Urgent Help required: Additional documents asked by CW

Hi,

I applied for ILR today at Croydon and was asked by CW to provide following:

1. Invoices covering a certain period
2. Evidences of contracts and details of clients as per invoices
3. Details of your Level of expertise in IT consultancy making reference as to the services you provide.

I had documents on 1 and 2 and offered to submit the documents then and there but CW asked to send them by post because he needs to refer the case to senior CW with all the above three documents.

Can you please provide me help on what should I provide for point 3?

I think point 3 should be a letter from your employer/client detailing the your job duties etc.. Not sure though never came across this request from a caseworker - atleast in this forum

I thought of providing my job profile. It might be a good idea to check if I can get a letter from the bank where I am working.

I was asked same set of documents by CW when I applied for tier-1 second extension recently in person in croydon peo. Regarding point 3, I submitted my previous 10 years of experience letter along with letters from the agency with whom I did contracting work. I also submitted certificates like prince 2, sun certified java programmer ...ukba approved my visa around a week back...

you can get reference letter from your clients or employers which could be sort of testimonial where they praise your command on IT and discuss your expertise in the services you provide

I have a Private Limited Company and work in a bank through agency. Should I get letter from agency or the bank itself?

Even I run a private limited company and I too working in banks through...letters from agency will do even I submitted the same ...if you want I can send you the template as private message ...and also attach the contract which have signed with the agency

Hi,

Is it possible to collect the documents from Croydon office post cancellation or do they ONLY send them back by post.

I need to go to India for my brother's wedding and hence am contemplating to postpone the cancellation of my application if I can collect my documents straightaway from croydon.

Please advise.
