Teir 1 extension dependant forms

Hi Gurus,

I've got my extension visa done and now I'm submitting my dependants visa through post. I have 3 queries.

1. Can i submit form for my wife and my son in same envelop?
2. Can i show same bank staement for both applications? it has enough funds.
3. Application form doesn't say any other document, do i need to submit anything else?

3. if you are applying for your son's visa first time, UK full Birth Certificate will be required on the top of maintenance fund proof...
