Hi..Need urgent help on Tier 1 extenstion..I have few queries

I have booked for an appointment for me an my wife for same day service on Birmingham office. which is due very shortly..I have tried calling UKBA few times but to no avail..

1. While booking the appointment.. I really typed it very fast and I am bit worried abt any typos.(in names or DOB)The appointment Due you think there would be any problem if there was any error.
2.The form for me and my depedant both asks for previous reference numbers which I dont have.
3. Does Birmingham Souhill office offers card payment on same day..I guess yet..

1. No problem if minor error, explain same reason
2. No problem, leave blank
3. Yes
