\switching from tier 4 student to tier 2 general

Post by alco » Tue Mar 26, 2013 4:45 pm

I am switching from tier 4 student to tier 2 general and have a company willing to issue a certificate of sponsorship.
What i would just like to know is does this switch require the job to be at nqf level 6, or just the fact that it pays much higher than 20k is adequate?

NQF 6 AND requisite pay from SOC or 20K, whichever pay is higher.
