Declaration is simple:

Account Number:________Sort code______Bank name_______
Type of account_________Name of account holders:A+B

We ,the applicants as enterpreneurial team members declare that we have established business in name abc .We hold a joint account with a closing balance of £_-----on______in bank_______.
AS entrepreneural team members ,the amount is equally available and accessible to each of us without any restriction and is fully free for investment here in the UK.

Therefore,the contents of the above declaration is based on our free consent and correctly bears our signatures today on___________.

This is my own idea,however,u can wait for other memebrs if the may provide in more acceptable formate.

Thanks mr legal,

Found one really good and reasonable solicitor and she done the declarations as per ukba requirement confirming both of us team members details and funds available to oth of us freely and also gave a letter from legal rep confirming we sign in front of her and relationship between us team member.

I have send hi yesterday as an additional document to ukba and I hope it will get to case worker before they take any decision.

Declaration is simple:

Just express the consent of both team members to access the invesment funds equally(if it is in the Joint account)or if in different,express the consent in favour of each other separately.
