UK BUSINESS VISA - PLEASE READ AND REPLY YOUR FEEDBACK ASAP

I am Indian, working & staying in Sri Lanka. Working in travel company that deals in holiday packages. I have valid residence visa for Sri Lanka. Working here from last one year.

Designation - Manager for India, Middle East & Europe Market - Business Development

My company want me to go UK to meet one IT company for online marketing & business development meeting. I have submitted following documents :-

Covering letter from my MD about my trip (Letter that describes about my company, why i am going UK, what to do and meeting agenda etc)
Confirmed Air Ticket
Hotel accommodation voucher
Transport confirmation voucher
My 5 years signed leagel job agreement with this company
My letter of appointment
My last 6 months salary slip
My residence / work visa copy
My personal 6 months bank statement

UK - Letter of invitation
UK - His company VAT Certificate
UK - His company License
UK - His business card, profile & passport copy
UK - Day wise meeting plan (meeting schedule - day 1, day 2, day 3 AGENDA)

Proof of email conversation's regarding new business
Proof of Why i want to go UK for business

PHOTOCOPIES (SUBMITTED ONLY PHOTOCOPIES NOT ORIGINAL)
My company's license
My company's travel agency certificate
My company's 6 months bank statement (2 bank statement USD / LKR Currency)
My company's income tax reports
My company's financial reports

Additional information - I just have INR 30,000/- in my personal bank a/c.

My company has confirmed my air tickets, hotel, transport and in the covering letter my company mention that, i will get USD 2000.00/- TRAVEL ALLOWANCE once my visa will be issued/


NOW MY QUESTION IS :-
I have submitted all documents ORIGINAL except my company documents. My company's documents are all PHOTOCOPIES. Will they accept photo copies, will they reject my visa ????????
