Sehar, did they refuse your visa for reason that you didn't submit communication details e.g skype etc?

Some ppl may not like this but try and marry sum1 from uk and save yourself a lot of hassle. Unfortunately it is too late for me
If you don't mind me asking how much were you keeping to one side?
I get paid £440.00 a week cash as shown on my payslips but deposit £410.00 a week and use £30 for petrol.
My bank statements show £410.00 a week. This shouldn't be a problem because even at £410.00 I still make above the minimum income requirement.
Should I write something in the declaration explaining the situation? What did you write?

Also I have 3 months of bank statements showing deposits of £410.00 a week while the previous 3 months of statements show money coming in and out but in no pattern or set amounts as I did not know I was gonna be needing to apply for a visa for my wife. The entire 6 months of statements show the balance on my account not dropping below £7000.
Will this be a problem?

Also I communicate with my wife via phone primarily how can I prove this? I do not use calling cards I use SMS top -up methods which gives me £5 credit and then I call via a 0800 access number. Should I include a printout of my online phone bill showing calls to these 0800/0208/0300 numbers?

Any advice would be much appreciated as I feel we can benefit from others who are in similar situations.

Thanks

Also does it matter that my pay slips are monthly but I get paid weekly in cash which I then deposit into my current account? The payslips do show the method of payments as 'Cash' but there is no mention of monthly or weekly payment.

Thanks.

Appeal is against unfair decision, you are saying that tomorrow I can apply without documents and then my visa is refused and then I take all documents to court and win the appeal, seems bit non-sense.
I guarantee you Hello786 will loose appeal if he does so, its not something out of the fly but practical experience.
If you don't have any document BHC don't force you to apply, logically you should wait till your documents are complete. You can't say to BHC oh I was in hurry and wanted to be with my spouse ASAP.
2nd thing the appeal will cost him more, reason he may to hire a solicitor to fight for him. Everyone is not as intelligent as you are so therefore don't mislead him where he ends up in court at his own and even loose the appeal.
His only luck is request for review but it can waste 4 more months with results again against him.
You clearly don't know about the process so please do not give false advice. You are confusing other people unneccessairly. I have been through the application process and the appeal process, so I know it like the back of my hand.

Do you know we had 1 missing doc, which we submitted with the appeal and it was overturned even before we got to court. So please don't write stuff which is wrong.

Appeals are considered for supporting docs, in this case it would not be new documents being sent they would be supporting docs, because they are additional payslips, not brand new pay slips. There are circumstances where the judge has right to consider brand new documents as well. Ones which were not existent at the time of appeal, if it supports the appeal.

As for an appeal being more expensive, why is it?

£140 - I think the current Oral appeal fee. Is £700 less than a new new application. You say a solicitor costs a lot, I didn't use a Solicitor, many people don't use a solicitor, it's not difficult, You're filing for an immigration case not a criminal hearing. You don't need to be intelligent to fight any immigration case you need to know the criteria to meet and show you meet it. Just say a solitior is used, for an application it costs £800 + £600 for a solition. For an appeal is costs £150 + £750ish, you tell me which works out cheaper.

Guys, please don't rush to make a rash decision, you have 28 days for the appeal to be lodged, so you can spend a few days deciding whether to appeal or not.

You've got me quite worried now. I get paid my full wage into my current account. On the 5th of every months I have a standing order sending my wage from my current account to my savers leaving about £200 spending money that month in my current account. However in my first few statements, I use to go to the bank every month and send over the money manually rather than having a standing order in place. I have included both my savers and current account statement but I'm just worried if the don't check the statements carefully they may ask questions as to where I am sending the money ... :?

Moonandstar you should be depositing into your current account your pay as shown on your monthly payslips. pls make sure u deposit into your account nearly all your wages on the correct dates as shown on your payslip or the day after eg: u get paid on the 1st make sure u deposit nearly all your wages on the 1st or 2nd. then withdraw for personal expenditure as and when u need to.

I made mistake of keeping lump sum to last me whole month about £400-£450 and then depositing only remainder of £800-£900. i was depositing at my own convenience maybe even a few days later after getting paid.
i am not legally qualified so pls make sure u get this information and your documents checked by a solicitor. Make sure all your statements and pay match up.

As long as both accounts are on your name you should be ok why didnt u just leave money in your current account would have been straight forward. Just make sure you include this point in your declaration sponsorship letter. pls make this point stand out eg capital letters/bold otherwise chance of it not being read properly just to refuse another case. JUST MAKE SURE YOU DO ALL THE CORRECT THINGS FROM THE START. Might be good to chat to a lawyer when u start collecting your payslips statements etc to make sure u r going about it the right way.

GUD LUCK TO U ALL HOPE U ARE ALL SUCCESSFUL FIRST TIME

Don't worry just do what Sehar has told you send both savings and current account statements, and mention both of your account numbers.
If possible get a letter from bank stating your both accounts and amount in those. The letter will stand out as separate document and it will have both account numbers on your name.

Hi Omed. I was reading your post. Did you not recieve a letter giving you a deadline date. Usually it's 19 weeks so actually nearly 5 months they have to relook at case and possibly overturn it.
Inshallah if all the proof is there maybe they wil overturn as I know these test papers caused alot of people to go into appeal...
Hopefully time will pass quick for you. It's not an easy time for anyone really... Just keep busy and before you know it you will have and answer... I hope it doesn't go court and gets over turned....
application @ ISL 13/01/2012
returned 30/03/2012 Refused app
applied for appeal in uk 19/04/12
deadline given 05/11/2012
Court date: 10 jan 2013
call letter: 08/03/2013
visa stamped?

Don't miss any document which comes in specified document and must be supplied, which mainly include your:
6 months wage slips
6 months bank statements corresponding to wage slips.
these documents should not be older than 28 days at the date of application.
Hope it helps

Don't worry, I think only Channai UKBA applications in india were refused, alot of lawyers said I don't need it but I'm submitting it anyways just to be cautious.
