Can I fax the sponsor's letter to my wife?

HI All,

After fighting for a letter of certification of maintenance, I finally got it.

I have already sent all the documents that my wife needs for her visa. CAn I fax this letter to her instead coz it will take time if I post it?

You can fax it.
Read the PBS dependant policy guidance, point 89.

If the A-rated sponsor is certifying maintenance on a letter, then the letter, which can be posted or faxed to you, must be on official letter-headed paper or stationery of the organisation, be signed by a senior official and must show:
• your name; • the sponsor’s name and logo; • confirmation that the sponsor has certified the maintenance; and • details of limiting the undertaking if appropriate
